Questions before you book

A free 20 minute video call, one on one with Luca. You tell us where you are with your French and what you've tried so far. We tell you where you're stuck and what your next steps should be. It's free, and there's no obligation to continue afterwards.
On our two full programs, we measure your French in Week 1 and again in Week 6 across 4 key metrics: your words per minute when reading and speaking freely, your number of grammar and pronunciation mistakes, your pronunciation accuracy on a fixed checklist of sounds English speakers find hard, and how often you fall back on English during free speech. If you've done the work and improve in one or fewer of them, we refund 110% of what you paid. "Done the work" means attending at least 90% of sessions, completing both assessments, and submitting your real world recordings and voice memos. It's a guarantee on results, not on satisfaction, and it doesn't apply to the free diagnostic call or the Quick Course Correction. Full terms are shared before you start.
